The training programme is structured into 12 sessions where participants will receive practical training in each of the areas of the business plan, business development, technology transfer, specific funding sources and will learn all the tools necessary to transform the project into a business reality. The program includes networking lunches with special guests of the sector, who will come to share their experiences.
In addition, there will be 5 skills training workshops in market validation, equipment, business model and sales aimed at developing the necessary managerial skills to lead a successful business.
On the first day, participants will be assigned a professional tutor who will accompany them throughout the programme.

The programme participants will have workspaces made available to them, at the facilities of Almogàvers Business Factory, one of the incubation spaces of Barcelona Activa.

The sessions and workshops will be held in the spaces of UPTEC in Porto.
