The 5th Cleantech Camp edition celebrated its third and final week of training, in this case, corresponding to the virtual sessions in Madrid. The week began on November 10th in the morning, with a workshop on sales, led by Nacho Gallardo, Manager of @Inspiria & Esic Investment Forum. On the same day in the afternoon, the entrepreneurs participated in a masterclass to discuss aspects related to the intellectual protection of business ideas, given by Óscar Rubio from ZBM Patents & Trademarks, one of the knowledge partners of the program.

The following day, a new workshop took place, in this case, to continue advancing in the preparation of the financial plan for start-ups, a session that was led by Nuno Couceiro, CEO of CPWM. In the afternoon, the masterclass “Pitching Session” was held, focused on preparing the presentation of the projects, which was given by Pedro Olivares, coach, speaker, trainer, and partner of Salto con Red.

Then, on the 12th, the second session of the workshop on intellectual protection was held, which, like the first, was led by Óscar Rubio from ZBM. In the afternoon, the entrepreneurs participated in a new masterclass, in which marketing strategies were addressed to promote business ideas, a session starring Sara Irureta, Marketing & Communications Manager Iberia from EIT InnoEnergy.

Finally, on the morning of the 13th, the entrepreneurs attended the third and last session for the presentation of their pilots, after those that took place previously, in the training weeks in Lisbon and Barcelona.

After several weeks of training, the entrepreneurs who follow the program have made progress in developing their business ideas. The different sessions they have been attending have allowed them to mature and shape their projects, ahead of next November 26, the day on which the final event of this year’s edition will take place. During this day, the start-ups will present their proposals to the Cleantech Camp Committee, which will be in charge of determining the winning projects that will be able to benefit from the funding and acceleration plans granted by the program.
