The 15 startups selected to join the current edition of Cleantech Camp 2021 participated in their first training week between May 17th and 21st. For several days and in an online format they attended master classes and workshops focused on dealing, from different perspectives, aspects related to the development of their projects and business ideas.

On one hand, during the week, Artur Massana taught the following sessions: Management of high-performance entrepreneurial teams and Negotiation skills for entrepreneurs. Carlos DaSilva led a workshop on Business Models, while Óscar Torres addressed in a masterclass how to approach B2B sales. Finally, Elvira Martín talked about the Internalization of businesses.

On the other hand, the first week also took our industrial partners, together with the entrepreneurs, to select the first projects to work on the development of pilot tests during the program. In this sense, Enagás Emprende selected Amnis Pura, Fimuskraft, HacDos, and Rayo Bioenergia;  Prio selected Amnis Pura, CarbonScope, Enerpoly HacDos; CRH selected Albedo, Carbominer, GreenPrefab HacDos; and Naturgy selected Amnis Pura CarbonScope.

Entrepreneurs participated very actively in all sessions, and as stated by Ton Guardiet, program trainer who gave a session on Lean methodologies, “we have met people with a lot of desire to take on the world”, a spirit that, according to the expert, is what should distinguish any startup. Regarding the projects that are part of the program, Guardiet also highlighted the power and maturity of many of them.
